As you showed an interest at the AGM in us having a lunch again we have been considering the possibilities of including it in our busy Branch calendar.

As Spring tends to have quite a lot going on we thought a pre Christmas lunch might be a nice idea.

And so we have booked a room at The Royal Wells Hotel, 59 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells on November 7^th at 12.30 for a 3 course lunch, menu enclosed.

The cost per person will be £20.00 and will include a glass of wine and the tip.

It is short notice and we need to get numbers organised as quickly as possible and so a slip is attached at the bottom on the page to be returned with your deposit of £10.00 per head if you would like to join us. You will also need to select your menu choices as they would like them to be pre-booked a week before the event.  If you are going to the club show on 17^th I will be happy to take your slips and deposits there to save time and any postal delays.  If you are sending your slip by post it might be an idea to email or ring to ensure that it has been received by the final date.  If you have an email address I will confirm receipt.

The restaurant looks very nice and we will have a room to ourselves which is ideal.

I hope that you will be able to come along for what will, I am sure, be a really nice social occasion.
